Where we ship
Right now, across the United States, most APO and FPO addresses included. Elsewhere? Ask us first through the contact page and we will tell you what is possible.
Processing
We pack within one to two business days. Weekend and holiday orders start the next working day.
Delivery estimate
- Around five to ten business days across the US once dispatched.
- Sent via USPS or a similar courier, by destination.
- These are typical windows, not guarantees; weather and carrier volume can add a day or two.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed the moment your order ships. If it is quiet for a day, give it time — scans sometimes trail the parcel.
If it goes missing
Stuck in transit too long, or marked delivered but nowhere to be found? Tell us and we will chase the carrier and, where it is confirmed lost, replace or refund it. Damaged or wrong item? Send a photo and your order number within a few days and we will sort it.
