We have written this as a set of plain questions, because that is usually what people actually want answered. It applies to Corva Home.
What information do you collect?
Two kinds. The details you hand us when you order — name, shipping address, email, phone — and the automatic bits a website records, like your IP address, browser, and the pages you open. Payment card numbers go straight to our processor and are not kept on our servers.
How do you use it?
To pack and ship your order, to answer you when you write in, to keep order and delivery updates flowing, and to understand which parts of the store work. Marketing email only goes out if you asked for it, and you can stop it any time.
Do you use cookies?
Yes — some to keep the store functioning, others to measure traffic and support advertising. Your browser can block or clear them, though a few are needed for checkout to behave. Analytics and ad partners follow their own policies.
Do you share my data?
We never sell it. We pass it only to the services that help us run — payment, shipping, email, analytics — to authorities when the law requires, and to a buyer if the business is ever sold or merged.
How long do you keep it?
For as long as your order, our legal duties, and any dispute reasonably need. After that it is deleted or stripped of anything that identifies you.
What can I ask you to do with it?
Depending on where you live: see it, correct it, delete it, get a copy to take elsewhere, or opt out of marketing. Just email us. EU and UK shoppers can read the specifics on our GDPR page.
Is it kept secure?
We use sensible technical and organisational safeguards. No system online is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care with what you give us.
What about children?
The store is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child sent us something, tell us and we will remove it.
Could this change?
It might. The date at the top marks the current version, and using the store after an update means you accept it.
Who do I contact?
The operator, Lucky Amz Solution LLC 30 N Gould St Ste R Sheridan WY 82801 USA, through the addresses on the contact page.
